Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our bustling office in Durban. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with management and employees to strengthen our organizational culture, ensuring our HR strategies align with our business goals. Responsibilities will include driving employee engagement initiatives, managing talent acquisition, and supporting performance management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR projects focused on improving organizational effectiveness.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and mediation between employees and management.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement employee retention strategies.
  • Evaluate existing HR policies and recommend updates as needed.
  • Create and maintain employee handbooks and policy documents.
  • Support the management of the HR budget and resources.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the HR function.
  • Enhance communication channels between HR and other departments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR-related field
  • HR certification is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including a business partner role
