Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Manager to oversee our operations in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a passion for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves leading a team, managing inventory, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash handling and financial transactions within the store.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Plan and execute seasonal sales strategies to maximise revenue.
• Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to customer service excellence.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the store operations.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Retail Management or similar field

Experience

• 2-4 years of retail experience in a supervisory role

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
