Job Description

Join our team as a Loan Interviewer and Clerk, where you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the final stages of real estate transactions. Your expertise will help ensure that all documents and procedural requirements are met efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of the closing process to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage communication with clients and stakeholders to keep them updated.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the closing.
  • Assist with post-closing activities, including disbursing funds and recording deeds.
  • Contribute to the development of effective closing processes and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a real estate closing or similar position
