Contract Specialist

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a detailed-oriented Contract Specialist to oversee our contractual agreements and ensure compliance with our internal policies and relevant regulations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the organization by managing contract lifecycles and providing strategic guidance.

Responsibilities

• Engage in due diligence reviews of existing contracts.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies within contract negotiations.
• Maintain current knowledge of legislative changes affecting contracts.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and contractors regarding contract negotiations and disputes.
• Provide insights and recommendations for contract-related improvements.
• Assist in dispute resolution related to contractual matters.
• Ensure timely renewal and expiration management of all contracts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
• Master's degree in Contract Management or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in contract negotiation or management
