Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of various events, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Engage with clients to establish event goals and expectations.
• Ensure timely and efficient communication among all stakeholders throughout the event life cycle.
• Coordinate logistics, including transportation, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
• Track event milestones and deliverables, providing updates to clients.
• Gather feedback and implement improvements for future events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Project Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in event planning or project management

• Vendor Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP)

• English: Fluent
