Training and Development Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a Training and Development Lead to spearhead our efforts in learning and development. The successful candidate will design and implement training programs that drive employee growth, engagement, and performance at Tech Innovations Inc. You will collaborate closely with various departments to assess training needs and develop solutions tailored to our workforce.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage onboarding processes for new employees.
• Utilize technology to improve training delivery, such as using an LMS.
• Coach and mentor training team members to maximize their potential.
• Identify trends in employee development and make recommendations.
• Engage in professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• Master's degree in Education or Organizational Development preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate training and development

• Program Evaluation

Certifications

• Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP)
• Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
