Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Curriculum Development Specialist to lead the design and implementation of engaging curricula tailored to diverse learning needs. This role involves collaborating with educators to develop evidence-based educational programmes that enhance student outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of engaging, relevant curricula that inspire learners.
  • Work with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to refine curriculum offerings.
  • Coordinate with educational stakeholders to align curriculum with institutional goals.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive curriculum development decisions.
  • Support teachers in implementing the curriculum through effective resources and training.
  • Research innovative practices in curriculum design and pedagogy.
  • Participate in educational conferences and workshops to share best practices.
  • Compile reports on curriculum effectiveness and improvement strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Sociology, or Psychology
  • Master's degree in Educational Leadership is advantageous
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in educational programme management
