Job Description

As an Architect at Creative Spaces, you will work on a diverse range of projects and take the lead in design development. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and documentation processes for architectural projects.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings and models using CAD software.
• Interact with clients and stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations.
• Supervise junior architects and interns on project assignments.
• Ensure adherence to sustainability practices in all designs.
• Oversee the construction process and resolve any design-related issues.
• Conduct regular site meetings to progress project reviews.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with industry trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Design-related field
• Master's in Architecture preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of practical experience in architecture

• BIM Software
• Design Software

Certifications

• LEED Green Associate
• Professional Certification in Landscape or Urban Design is a plus.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D: Knowledge of Civil 3D for land development and site design.
• Proficient in 3D Rendering and Visualization Techniques: Skills in visualizing designs through advanced rendering software.
