Job Description

Join our vibrant team as a Human Resources Manager! You will lead the HR department, strategize talent acquisition efforts, facilitate employee development programs, and ensure compliance with HR regulations. We are looking for someone who is innovative and has a passion for people management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic people management initiatives.
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
  • Oversee performance management and feedback systems.
  • Promote compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations.
  • Enhance workplace culture through employee engagement programs.
  • Design and implement training initiatives for skill development.
  • Manage employee relations issues effectively and tactfully.
  • Provide HR consultancy to management and staff.
  • Evaluate and improve HR systems and processes.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and discussions with external stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or social sciences
  • Master's in Organizational Development is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive HR management experience
