Job Description

Join our innovative HR team as an Employee Relations Manager. This role will involve providing strategic insights to enhance employee engagement and retention while resolving workplace issues in a collaborative manner. Candidates should have a strong background in employee relations and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with HR and management to address employee needs and concerns.
  • Create awareness of employee rights and company policies.
  • Lead efforts to improve organizational culture and staff morale.
  • Compile reports on employee relations trends and concerns.
  • Provide coaching and training to managers regarding conflict resolution.
  • Implement programs to recognise employee contributions and achievements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is desirable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in employee relations or HR management
