Job Description

In our role as a Diversity and Equity Consultant, you will develop strategies aimed at enhancing workplace inclusivity and representation. Your expertise will guide organizational policies and initiatives to foster an equitable work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a roadmap for diversity and equity initiatives within the company.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
  • Engage with community organizations to enhance external partnerships and outreach.
  • Support recruitment efforts to ensure diverse talent sourcing.
  • Implement policies that promote equity in promotions and salary increases.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of diversity programs and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing diversity in corporate environments
