Responsibilities
Create and maintain a roadmap for diversity and equity initiatives within the company.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
Engage with community organizations to enhance external partnerships and outreach.
Support recruitment efforts to ensure diverse talent sourcing.
Implement policies that promote equity in promotions and salary increases.
Monitor the effectiveness of diversity programs and suggest improvements.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
Master's degree is preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience managing diversity in corporate environments
