Job Description

We're searching for a knowledgeable Structural Engineer to join our Pretoria office. You'll oversee the structural integrity of projects, from initial design to final construction, collaborating with a team of skilled engineers and construction professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design process from concept through execution.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Direct calculations, simulations, and material selection for projects.
• Collaborate with project managers to monitor progress and budgets.
• Review design reports and provide clear feedback to junior engineers.
• Facilitate training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on structural design experience

Certifications

• LEED Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
