Job Description

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to be part of our dynamic finance team in Johannesburg. Your main tasks will include analysing financial performance, assisting in budget preparation, and developing financial models. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective financial management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Generate detailed financial reports for management review.
• Provide analytical support for pricing and cost analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors during review process.
• Compile data for tax compliance and reporting.
• Create financial dashboards for real-time monitoring.
• Identify financial discrepancies and suggest resolutions.
• Participate in financial strategy meetings with executives.
• Contribute to ongoing financial process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a finance-related role
