We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls and emails efficiently.
Guide customers through account setup and product installation.
Track customer complaints and follow up until resolution.
Gather feedback to inform product development and improvement.
Assist with administrative tasks related to customer support.
Work with other departments to resolve cross-functional issues.
Contribute insights for training materials based on customer interactions.
Implement best practices to enhance the customer experience.
Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
Education
Matriculation certificate
Diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
2+ years of experience in customer service in a corporate environment
