As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting customers by diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide solutions to technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and log issues for future reference and reporting.
  • Assist with installations, configurations, and maintenance of software and hardware.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT qualification or diploma
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred
