Responsibilities

• Train and mentor junior recruitment staff.

• Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires.

• Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
• Masters in HR Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on diverse hiring practices
