Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Psychologist to join our team based in Johannesburg. You'll be instrumental in providing mental health support, conducting assessments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create treatment plans that cater to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Provide psychotherapy and counselling to individuals and groups.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and research.

Requirements

Education

• Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD)
• HPCSA registration as a Clinical Psychologist

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in psychological services

Technical Skills

• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
• Trauma-Informed Care

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Clinical Psychologist Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Setswana: Conversational
