Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design projects from conception to production.
• Evaluate existing mechanical systems and propose improvements.
• Develop simulations to test mechanical designs under various conditions.
• Prepare presentations for stakeholders to communicate project status.
• Conduct training sessions on new technologies and methodologies.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold project standards.
• Prepare project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Participate in risk assessments to identify potential issues.
• Actively seek feedback to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
• Document all engineering processes and ensure proper knowledge transfer.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering

• Project Management Software

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
