Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will lead our efforts in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to address their needs, providing ongoing support, and driving product adoption.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management
Technical Skills
  • Salesforce experience

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Understanding of product management: Familiarity with product management practices to assist in customer feedback.
