Job Description

As an AI/ML Engineer in our Cape Town office, you will play a key role in building and deploying machine learning solutions. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with data pipelines, feature engineering, and a good understanding of algorithm optimization.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation for machine learning processes and models.
• Evaluate and implement new algorithms and tools to enhance capabilities.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Master's degree in AI/ML is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in ML projects
