We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our Durban team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Utilize CAD software to prepare designs and modify plans.
• Perform calculations related to load-bearing and structural integrity.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate their work.
• Research and stay updated on industry best practices and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering
• Certification in Project Management is advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in civil engineering projects

• Civil 3D
• Microsoft Project

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certification in Sustainable Engineering

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
