Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks.
• Assist in creating engaging job adverts that attract top talent.
• Act as a liaison between candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Evaluate recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of recruitment experience preferred
