Responsibilities

• Identify training and development needs through surveys, interviews, and observations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in Learning and Development are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years in Learning and Development or a related HR function
