• Collaborate with product owners to refine project scope and requirements.
• Supervise and evaluate team performance to encourage productivity.
• Organize project review meetings to assess progress and address challenges.
• Use project management tools to track project milestones.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback.
• Work with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Mentor junior project managers or team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the tech industry
