Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events across various sectors.
• Conduct site visits and inspections prior to each event.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Collect and analyze data post-event for continuous improvement.
• Direct event staff and volunteers during events.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote upcoming events.
• Prepare timelines, schedules, and agendas for all events.
• Create and manage event promotional materials.
• Maintain updated event documentation and records.
• Facilitate creative brainstorming sessions with the team for new event ideas.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or Communications is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in event coordination or management
