Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and empathetically.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information to clients on product functionalities.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Identify recurring issues and work towards long-term solutions.
  • Assist in developing training materials for customer education.
  • Participate in team meetings to continuously improve support processes.
  • Maintain a positive rapport with clients to enhance their support experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12) required
  • Degree or Diploma in IT is preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years experience in a similar role
Technical Skills
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Basic networking knowledge

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
