Responsibilities

  • Lead negotiations and renewals for existing contracts.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns to key accounts.
  • Develop case studies to showcase successful client partnerships.
  • Stay informed on product developments and innovations within the company.
  • Create presentations for clients to communicate value propositions.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to client contracts and documentation.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and company teams.
  • Evaluate client satisfaction through surveys and implement feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Relevant certifications are beneficial

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management
