Job Description

As a Beef Trimmer, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and cut beef products in line with customer specifications. You will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and safety while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Use tools and equipment safely and effectively for cutting and trimming.
  • Participate in maintaining the cleanliness of the processing area.
  • Adhere to established production schedules.
  • Provide feedback for process improvements.
  • Assist colleagues as needed in the production line.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Training in meat cutting is beneficial
Experience
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.
