Job Description

As a Pharmacist at HealthFirst Pharmacy, you will directly impact patients' lives by managing their medication needs. You will dispense medications, advise healthcare staff, and support patients in understanding their prescriptions.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care and counselling to ensure safe medication use.
• Identify and resolve medication-related problems.
• Advise on drug interactions and side effects.
• Promote health and wellness initiatives within the community.
• Assist in training pharmacy staff and interns.
• Participate in team meetings to enhance patient care strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm)
• PharmD is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting.
