Job Description

As a Colorist Dyer, you will be pivotal in dyeing fabrics, textiles, or clothing to meet the diverse specifications and requirements of our customers. Your role involves operating dyeing machinery, creating color samples, and ensuring that all production meets our high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Apply dyes to fabrics using methods such as dipping, spraying, and brushing.
• Conduct color matching tests to ensure consistency and accuracy in color production.
• Keep accurate records of dyeing processes and results for quality assurance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance dyeing techniques.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify opportunities for cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance skills.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety and environmental practices.

Requirements

Education

• Additional certification or training in dyeing and color technology is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in managing a team of junior staff members will be a plus
