Responsibilities
Lead customer training sessions and product demonstrations.
Evaluate customer engagement levels and strategize on enhancing interactions.
Work closely with the support team to document and resolve customer issues.
Facilitate communication between clients and product development teams.
Prepare customer success reports and present findings/results to management.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to guide customer decisions.
Assist in the development of customer success programs and initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Advanced degree preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in customer success management
