Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Success Manager in Cape Town. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, conducting regular check-ins, and providing strategic guidance to ensure our clients derive maximum value from our services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer training sessions and product demonstrations.
  • Evaluate customer engagement levels and strategize on enhancing interactions.
  • Work closely with the support team to document and resolve customer issues.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and product development teams.
  • Prepare customer success reports and present findings/results to management.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to guide customer decisions.
  • Assist in the development of customer success programs and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Advanced degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success management
Technical Skills
  • Project Management Tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA)
  • Customer Journey Mapping
Soft Skills
  • Negotiation
  • Team Leadership
Certifications
  • Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
