• Direct store operations and manage team performance to meet objectives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, encouraging ongoing development.
• Ensure adequate store staffing levels and manage schedules effectively.
• Track sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Engage in community relations to promote the store and increase footfall.
• Supervise training initiatives for new staff members to ensure compliance with store policies.
• Develop relationships with suppliers for stock management and promotions.

• Diploma in Retail Management or equivalent
• Sales Management Expertise in driving sales and achieving KPIs.
• Inventory Control Advanced skills in stock management and ordering.
• Customer Service Excellence Proven ability to handle diverse customer needs effectively.
• Team Leadership Skilled in leading and developing teams in a retail environment.
• Effective Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem Solving Adept at resolving conflicts and enhancing team dynamics.
• Customer Focus Commitment to understanding and catering to customer needs.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Basic)

• Experience with digital marketing: Knowledge of online marketing strategies and social media engagement.
• Familiarity with POS systems: Experience using Point Of Sale (POS) systems for managing transactions.
