• Support and advise management on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct training and onboarding sessions for new hires.
• Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist in the development of compensation and benefits programs.
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with South African labor laws.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
• Coordinate health and safety programs for all staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in HR roles
