The ideal candidate will have experience in learning and development, along with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Identify skills gaps through performance evaluations and feedback.
• Create and maintain training manuals and materials for various training programs.
• Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring they have the necessary training.
• Utilise metrics and feedback to improve training quality and employee outcomes.
• Promote a culture of ongoing learning and self-improvement within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in corporate training or related roles

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)

• ATD Certification
