Formulation Technician

Job Description

The Formulation Technician will create, test, and enhance formulations for various chemical products. Collaborating with research and development, production, and quality control teams is essential to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify raw materials for production processes.
• Document all steps of the formulation process and record data accurately.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that arise.
• Assist with inventory management and raw material ordering.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Statistical analysis

Certifications

• Statistical Process Control Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
