Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and investment research.

• Prepare pitch books and marketing presentations for potential clients.
• Monitor and report on investment performance and market developments.
• Lead financial negotiations and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Support junior team members in their professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking or advisory roles

• M&A Advisory

• CFA Level II candidate
