Job Description

As an Architect at Design Builders Ltd., you will leverage your design skills to create unique structures that meet our clients' needs. The role calls for a balance of creativity and technical expertise, as you'll develop designs that are not only visually appealing but also compliant with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and draft architectural plans using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Assess project sites for potential challenges and opportunities.
• Work with clients to revise and finalize designs based on their preferences.
• Monitor project budgets and provide solutions to stay within financial constraints.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
• Implement green building practices in all designs.
• Prepare presentations for client meetings and stakeholder reviews.
• Assist in preparing grant applications for project funding.
• Collaborate with other design professionals as needed.
• Encourage innovative ideas and solutions within the architectural team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Studies or equivalent
• Master's degree in Architecture is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in a professional architectural role

• Professional Architect License
