Job Description

We are looking for skilled Shoe Machine Operators to join our production team. You will be responsible for operating specialized machinery to manufacture Goodyear Welted shoes with high quality and precision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely production of shoes while adhering to quality standards.
• Assist in material handling and inventory management.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production status.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in footwear manufacturing preferred
