Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mold Swabber to join our team. This role involves cleaning and maintaining molds used in production processes. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and able to work independently while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Utilize cleaning equipment to maintain molds to the required standards.
• Inspect molds for wear and tear regularly.
• Work with chemicals safely to clean molds.
• Assist in maintaining production schedules by preparing molds efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards in mold maintenance.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure mold readiness.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Mold cleaning processes
• Use of cleaning equipment

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Operating production machinery experience: Experience managing machinery used in mold production is advantageous.
• Safety training certificates: Certification in safety protocols and procedures is a plus.
