Job Description

As a Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee daily operations and staff, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory accuracy and conduct regular counts.
  • Manage supplier relationships and coordinate incoming shipments.
  • Evaluate current warehouse processes and redesign workflows as needed.
  • Drive initiatives aimed at reducing waste and improving efficiency.
  • Ensure that warehouse meets set KPIs for service levels.
  • Maintain documentation for compliance and audits.
  • Lead weekly operational meetings, providing updates and insights.
  • Develop contingency plans for unforeseen operational disruptions.
  • Motivate team members through performance incentives and recognition.
  • Formulate and implement effective policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree or diploma in Logistics or Business Management
  • Masters in Logistics Management is preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years in a warehouse supervisor role with logistics operations
