Join our team as the Diversity and Inclusion Advisor, where you will drive efforts to cultivate a diverse workplace. Your role will involve strategizing, advising, and mentoring staff on best practices for creating an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of D&I policies and programs.
• Serve as a key advocate for diversity and inclusion matters.
• Assess the company culture and identify gaps in diversity.
• Engage with employees to ensure their voices are heard regarding diversity initiatives.
• Develop partnerships with educational institutions to attract diverse talent.
• Stay updated on best practices and legal requirements related to D&I.
• Provide regular reports to the board on D&I progress.
• Collaborate with existing employee working groups to promote inclusion.
• Create resources that support staff in understanding D&I principles.
• Facilitate mentor programs focused on underrepresented groups.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's in Human Resources or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in diversity and inclusion, HR consulting, or culture transformation
