Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with the company’s goals. Your responsibilities will include developing HR policies, managing payroll and benefits, and orchestrating training programs for employee development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and integration of HR policies.
  • Coordinate performance assessments and training workshops.
  • Support leadership in implementing HR best practices.
  • Handle compliance audits and ensure organizational adherence to HR policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
