Job Description

As a Packaging and Filling Machine Operator at Food Processing Corp., you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate production of meat products. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate filling machines to ensure accurate production.
• Conduct routine checks on packaging quality and integrity.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues during operation.
• Support the implementation of health and safety procedures.
• Engage in ongoing training for process improvement.
• Coordinate with team to ensure timely completion of production schedules.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in meat stuffing or related roles is beneficial but not mandatory

Technical Skills

• Meat processing knowledge
• Basic math skills

• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with HACCP principles: Knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point regulations.
