Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for assessing and treating patients to improve their mobility and quality of life. This role involves working closely with individuals across various age groups, developing personalised treatment plans, and providing education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and record patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary.
• Utilize manual therapy and exercise techniques to enhance patient recovery.
• Work with a variety of patient demographics including athletes, elderly and post-surgery patients.
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships to encourage patient motivation and compliance.
• Conduct community education programs to promote health and fitness.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in all aspects of practice.

Requirements

Education

• Postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of clinical experience preferred

• Sports Rehabilitation

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience in sports physiotherapy: Hands-on experience with injury management for athletes.
