HR Compliance Officer

Job Description

As an HR Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating compliance risks within the organization. This includes creating policies and procedures that align with local laws and industry standards. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate compliance requirements to all staff levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace investigations relating to compliance breaches.
• Analyze compliance data and propose improvements.
• Engage with external regulators and agencies as needed.
• Create educational materials for employee training on compliance.
• Evaluate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Respond to compliance inquiries from employees and management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
• Master's degree in HR Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in compliance within HR contexts
