Job Description

As a Learning and Development Officer, you will be responsible for assessing training needs, developing tailored learning programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. Your expertise in learning methodologies will be essential in nurturing talent and contributing to organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a learning strategy that aligns with corporate goals.
  • Implement feedback surveys to gather insights on training effectiveness.
  • Manage training budgets and resources effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Master's degree in Education or Organizational Development is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
