Your role will involve acting as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and navigating software challenges. Responsibilities

  • Act as the first line of support for customer inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
  • Provide guidance and support on various tech products.
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of FAQs and internal wiki.
  • Assist in regular maintenance and updates of systems.
  • Participate in continuous training and education programs.
  • Work with development teams to enhance support processes.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and assist colleagues when necessary.

Advantageous

  • Experience with remote support tools: Familiarity with tools such as TeamViewer or Remote Desktop.
