Job Description

We are searching for a Customer Service Representative to join our Port Elizabeth team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Build rapport with customers to foster a loyal relationship.
  • Monitor and follow up on open cases until resolution.
  • Provide product demonstrations when necessary.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and tailor responses appropriately.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher certificate or degree in Business or related field
  • Customer Service training qualification is preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
