Construction Manager

Job Description

As a Construction Manager with us, you'll play a vital role in enhancing our project delivery. You'll supervise construction sites, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, bringing your expertise to drive our projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure the design integrity of the projects.
• Monitor operational progress against the budget and schedule, reporting on variances.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks throughout the construction phase.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Implement project management methodologies to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate procurement processes for materials and equipment required on site.
• Train and mentor junior staff and construction crews.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site in a timely and effective manner.
• Facilitate report generation for project progress and expenses to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Professional certifications in construction management are a bonus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
