Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's goals. You will play a vital role in building a strong employer brand and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Sourcing candidates through various channels including online platforms, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and devise effective hiring plans.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track progress via recruitment software.
• Promote the company's employer brand across traditional and digital channels.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Engage in community outreach and talent networking events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
• MBA or master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
