We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's goals. You will play a vital role in building a strong employer brand and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates.
• Serve as a brand ambassador during recruitment events and job fairs.
• Create engaging and informative content to attract candidates to the company’s openings.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions for graduate recruitment.
• Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
• MBA or master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
